Mastercard Airport Concierge, helps relieve some of the stress associated with air travel. As a World Mastercard® cardholder, you can enjoy an exclusive 15% savings when you arrange for a personal, dedicated Meet and Greet agent to escort you through the airport. There are also certain airports where you can be expedited through the security and/or the immigration process. Additional services are also available and can always be reserved if needed.

VIP Meet & Greet Services

For departures, World Mastercard cardholders can be: 

  • Met curb-side by Meet & Greet agent (for departing passengers the airport agent will call the cardholder or the cardholder’s driver in order to arrange a designated meeting point outside the terminal) 
  • Escorted to airline desk for check-in 
  • Expedited through security processes (only available at certain airports) 
  • Escorted to the aircraft gate 

On arrival, World Mastercard cardholders can be: 

  • Met by Meet & Greet agent as they exit the jet bridge 
  • Assisted with any visas or other documentation 
  • Expedited through the immigration process (only available at certain airports) 
  • Assisted to the baggage claim 
  • Escorted to car which will be waiting outside the terminal 

During connections, World Mastercard cardholders can be: 

  • Met by Meet & Greet agent as they exit the jet bridge 
  • Assisted with any inter-terminal airside transfers/needs 
  • Escorted to the aircraft gate

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • In the case of making any airport concierge service ("Meet & Greet") bookings utilizing Mastercard Airport Concierge provided by Global Airport Concierge ("GAC"), it is the Mastercard cardholder’s responsibility to provide all the required and correct information.
  • Any lack or delay of the information can affect the service and neither Mastercard nor GAC will be held responsible for any such affected service. It is the Mastercard cardholder’s responsibility to choose and book a start time that allows sufficient time for the service to take place or the formalities to be completed in good time.
  • There is no charge for any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the service. For any cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, there is a 100% charge equivalent to full invoice and no right to refund. There is no charge for any amendments to the services made more than 48 hours in advance of the service. For any amendment made less than 48 hours in advance of the service, there will be a change fee imposed, which varies depending on the airport.
  • Airside access at some airports may be subject to possible security restrictions.
  • Infants up to 12 months will not be charged and between 12 and 36 months will be charged at 50% of the standard rate.
  • Standard service times are typically 3 hours. Additional fees may apply for service–times of more than 3 hours. This does not apply to cases when flights are unexpectedly delayed. Additional fees may apply after the initial booking due to changes/cancellations made within 48 hours of travel, extra services added or additional passengers added at the airport.
